Mehdi joined IDCM in 2022 having previously worked for Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance Advisory and a private equity fund. During the past 10 years, Mehdi has been involved in numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions involving solar, wind and anaerobic digestion assets.

Mehdi’s attention to detail, methodical approach and commercial awareness make him ideally suited to run complex M&A transactions.

Mehdi holds a mechanical engineering degree from the Université de Technologie de Troyes in France and started his career working for an EPC contractor as an engineer in the energy sector, before earning an MBA from Imperial Business school.
